Polished Porcelain
6mm Backer boards were secured over the kitchens floating floor with screw 300mm apart due to bad condition of the floor. Tiles are large 600mm X 600mm polished porcelain and set in place with flexible tile adhesive.

5mm Marfin Grout
Marfin (limestone) grout at 5mm space was used to show of the tiles.
The polished porcelain had two coats of impregnator, once dry it will be resistant to staining and make it easy to clean.

Re-cut Kitchen unit kick Boards
Due to the height increase the kitchen kick boards have to be cut and fitted back in place.
